The compounds below appear regularly in SARM research and commercial terminology, but they differ substantially in development history and evidence level. Enobosarm, Ostarine and MK-2866
These names are commonly used for the same investigational SARM. Enobosarm has appeared in clinical research involving body-composition and function-related endpoints. Findings belong to the studied population and protocol and do not create a general recommendation.
Ligandrol and LGD-4033
LGD-4033 has been examined in early-phase human research addressing pharmacokinetics, laboratory variables and body composition. Its evidence base should be distinguished from compounds characterised only in preclinical models.
RAD-140 and Testolone
RAD-140 was described in discovery and preclinical literature as a nonsteroidal selective androgen receptor modulator. Later research has examined other disease-model contexts. Those programmes are not evidence of an approved performance application.
Andarine (S-4) and S-23
These names are encountered primarily in preclinical and compound-development discussions. Researchers should check the exact molecular identity, source, analytical documentation and model rather than inferring equivalence from the SARM category.
