Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. To request a return, contact info@nutrimaxpes.com with your order details. If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the item by mail.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items should be returned with proof of purchase and in the condition received. Handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect an item may affect any refund, where permitted by law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at info@nutrimaxpes.com if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect so that we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a return, we will confirm the outcome. Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable.

This policy does not affect rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including cancellation rights for eligible distance purchases.
