UK delivery

We offer free standard tracked delivery on UK orders. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is 2–4 business days. Delivery estimates begin once an order has been dispatched and may be affected by carrier delays, bank holidays or address issues.

International delivery

Express International delivery is currently £5, with an estimated delivery time of 2–11 business days. Availability and the final rate are confirmed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes or customs charges, and customs processing may affect delivery times.

Order processing and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and tracking information when your order has been dispatched. Please check that the delivery address is complete and accurate. If an address needs to be changed, contact us as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Delivery issues

If tracking has not updated, an order appears delayed, or the parcel arrives damaged, please contact info@nutrimaxpes.com with your order number so we can investigate.
